Cherryl Silveria is a self-taught traditional oil painter. Her easel is set up near a large window in her home overlooking the Santa Lucia Highlands and the farming community just outside of Soledad, California. Most of her paintings are of the many local vineyards and rural scenes near her home.
Cherryl was commissioned to paint a scene for the Mission Nuestra Senora de la Soledad museum and a painting of one of her rural scenes is in the Steinbeck Museum in Salinas, California. She was also commissioned to paint a Western themed painting that was used for a poster celebrating the California Rodeo in Salinas.
She has been a member of the Valley Art Gallery in Salinas for many years where her paintings are for sale.
